POLICY STATEMENT

It is the Board’s intent that student eligibility for in-state tuition classification will be determined at the college level in compliance with C.R.S. and CDHE policy.

SCOPE

This policy applies to the state system community colleges.

PROCEDURES

The System President shall promulgate procedures necessary to implement this policy.
