Department/Division Purpose:
Pueblo Community College’s (PCC) Pueblo Corporate College specializes in workforce training programs including customized Corporate Training to meet organizations’ specific needs, Professional Development geared toward the individual who looks to increase his or her skills or maintain a credential, and Lifelong Learning to provide community members with personal enrichment opportunities.

Job Summary Statement:
The Training Center Coordinator will serve as the operations and logistics lead for the American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Training Center at PCC and for high-quality, customized corporate training projects in Healthcare for Pueblo Corporate College. This position is responsible for project and grant management. This position will serve as a liaison with the healthcare community locally as well as outside the classic borders of the community college’s territory. In this capacity, it is vital that a clear understanding of the industry needs be continually assessed and converted into viable courses to meet the continuously changing needs of our customer base. 
 
This position has been identified as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) in accordance with Department of Education guidelines.  As a CSA, the incumbent is required to report crimes that they become aware of to the Department of Public Safety and must attend related annual training. 
 
In accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes 24-50-135, this position has been exempted from the State Personnel System.
