Interim Vice Chancellor for Academic & Student Affairs
As Interim Vice Chancellor of Academic and Student Affairs, Dr. Bobby Pace provides strategic leadership related to academic affairs, student affairs, and institutional research at CCCS. Dr. Pace works closely with college leaders to improve, scale, and evaluate practices that promote academic success and excellence and oversees systemwide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Dr. Bobby Pace serves as the Community College of Aurora’s inaugural Provost and Vice President of Academic Success, since July 1, 2025.
Dr. Pace has served as Vice President of Academic Success since 2021 and has been a dedicated member of the CCA community for over a decade. His journey at CCA includes roles as an instructor, faculty member, department chair, and dean—demonstrating his deep commitment to academic excellence and student success.
A proud son of two community college students, Dr. Pace has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education. He brings this perspective and passion to his leadership, working to ensure every student at CCA has the support they need to achieve their goals.
