Victoria Crownover serves as the Associate State Director for Career Technical Education (CTE), where she has dedicated nearly two decades to advancing high-quality, equitable, and accessible CTE programs across Colorado and the nation.

Since joining CCCS in 2008, Victoria has built a distinguished career rooted in data integrity, policy innovation, and systems-building. Prior to her current role, she served as the state’s Assistant State Director for CTE Accountability, Perkins Coordinator, an internal auditor and Methods of Administration (MOA) specialist, and earlier in her career taught and worked at the community college level — experience that continues to ground her work in the realities of learners and educators alike.

Victoria is widely recognized as a national expert in connecting CTE data to broader education and workforce systems, and in building data literacy among all stakeholders involved in CTE, including through the establishment of the annual CTE Data Summit here in Colorado bringing educators, administrators, and partners together. In 2025, Victoria was honored with the State CTE Distinguished Leadership Award by Advance CTE — a prestigious national recognition given annually to state CTE leaders who have demonstrated an exceptional and tenured commitment to advancing a vision for high-quality, accessible CTE at both the state and national levels. She has served as the State Associate Member Representative on the Advance CTE Board of Directors, where she played a critical role in the development of the modernized Career Clusters Framework.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Kansas State University and a Master’s Degree in International Studies from the University of Denver. She also holds an industry-recognized credential as a Certified Internal Auditor.
