POSITION LOCATION: Fort Morgan, COEMPLOYMENT SPECIFICS: Part-Time: up to 28 hours per week.*This is a grant-funded position.PURPOSE/SUMMARY OF JOB:A U.S. Department of Education Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions (DHSI) – Title V grant funds this position (Award #: P031S190160). The Pro Mentor will support the missions of the Title V program and Admissions and Advising by serving as a knowledgeable guide to students at Morgan Community College. The Pro Mentor identifies students who need in-depth assistance in navigating higher education or accessing resources and connects these students with appropriate resources. Through one-on-one interactions and group meetings, the Pro Mentor serves as a support and success advocate for students. The Pro Mentor will help oversee the student peer mentors and assigned students.
