We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, dedicated individual who will lead and implement LCC’s strategic plan.

POSITION SUMMARY: LCC is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced professional to join our team. Our institution provides the highest quality education and service excellence in an environment of care, support, mutual respect, collaboration, and integrity. The Workforce Development Training Manager for Lamar Community College will join an expanding Workforce Development area to lead the LCC mobile learning lab design, faculty recruitment, and curriculum to support and deliver regional industries trainings and professional development in manufacturing technology. This position is initially grant funded for 1 year, with the strong potential for extended grant and institutional funding with duties adjustments.

As an employee of the Colorado Community College System (CCCS), this position is required to uphold and enforce the policies of LCC and CCCS, and all local, state and federal laws. This position will comply with all student privacy laws (FERPA); and is a mandatory reporter of any suspected illegal activity.
