CCCS Internal Dr. Curt Freed
Dr. Curt Freed serves as the President of Morgan Community College (MCC). Dr. Freed has over twenty years of experience in community colleges. He has served as a tenured faculty member, a dean for career and workforce development and health sciences, and a vice president for instruction. Dr. Freed believes that success comes from making the college and community feel valued. He focuses on creating a diverse and supportive environment.
MCC students have long been recognized by employers as having excellent skills and a work ethic that contributes positively to business needs.
MCC’s mission is to make higher education accessible. MCC focuses on supporting students who are historically underserved and are underrepresented. It also offers programs in skilled trades, healthcare, agriculture, and business. MCC is committed to developing a skilled workforce that meets regional needs and supports student success.
