Dr. Kimberly Zant serves as the President of Otero College (OC). Dr. Zant has a strong history of improving student access, success, and equity. Dr. Zant works with community members to find more resources and opportunities to improve programs at the institution. She also actively works at the local and state levels to advocate for policy changes.

Founded in 1941, Otero College is located on a 40-acre campus on the southern edge of La Junta, Colorado.
