Dr. Mike White
Dr. Mike White serves as President of Northeastern Junior College (NJC). A retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral, Dr. White brings extensive leadership experience to NJC, having served as a senior leader within the Navy’s Education and Training Command and in other leadership roles throughout his military career. As president, Dr. White is committed to expanding educational and workforce training opportunities that prepare students for successful, lifelong careers. He also emphasizes NJC’s role as a vital partner in Northeast Colorado, working closely with business and industry to strengthen the region’s workforce.

Northeastern Junior College (NJC) was founded in 1941 in Sterling, Colorado. NJC is a residential college focused on Liberal Arts and Agriculture, with strong Career and Technical Education programs. NJC offers many student services, such as housing, athletics, and performing arts, to create a full college experience.
