Cathy Shull is the owner of a consulting firm, established in 1994 called Sage Strategies which works with rural small businesses, non-profits, and local governments in strategic planning, facilitation, nonprofit administration, and more.
A native of northeast Colorado, Cathy is a champion and advocate for supporting her rural roots while building economies in her own backyard.
Cathy is often engaged in community building efforts, having served as the Executive Director of the Fort Morgan Area Chamber of Commerce, and currently serving as a member of the Colorado Competitive Council (C3) on business issues.
She is also passionate about legislative advocacy, serving as the Executive Director of Pro 15, an advocacy group that represents and lobbies for 15 northeastern Colorado counties’ interest.
Cathy completed her Bachelors of Science from the University of Nevada and will soon complete a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Colorado State University – Global.
