Vice Chancellor for Administration & Finance

Biography

Mark has served as Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration for the Colorado Community College System (CCCS) since 2010. Mark is a member of the Chancellor’s leadership team and is responsible for the System’s financial operations and management, as well as facilities planning and security for the Lowry Campus.

Prior to his current role, Mark served as the Budget Director for CCCS. Before that, he served as a Deputy Director, Senior Manager, and Senior Analyst at the Governor’s Office of State Planning and Budgeting; a technical and program manager for Evolving Systems, Inc., a software development company; and as a Research Associate for the Institute for Alternative Futures, a long-range strategic planning firm.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree from Duke University.
