When he wanted a career change, Community College of Aurora (CCA) student Elmer Hernandez didn’t have to look far for inspiration. His uncle and cousin got their start and the college and encouraged Hernandez to enroll. Two years later, Hernandez has earned his associate degree in computer science with plans to continue his education at the University of Colorado Denver.
From joining student government to leading marketing projects, Hernandez says coming to CCA was “the best choice I could have made.”
