Job Description

The Computer Technology department at RRCC is seeking a work-study to support faculty and instructors by providing technical assistance and maintaining computer resources. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with classroom technology, and performing basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively with faculty and staff. This position reports to BAS Program Lead. The work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, at the Lakewood location. May require hours outside of normal work schedule. 

This is a student employee position. This position may work up to 20 hours each week while class is in session and up to 28 hours each week during academic breaks or breaks between terms while an RRCC student, depending on class schedule, need, and budget availability. Student employees are enrolled and contribute to a TIAA-CREF account when enrolled in less than six credits.
