This position is a key member of the CCD Recruiting and Retention Team. The position reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources.  The primary responsibilities of this position are to facilitate the recruitment and selection process for CCD; help envision and create a robust Retention/Rewards program and ensure compliance for various recruitment, selection, onboarding, training and other applicable Human Resource needs.

The position will remain open until filled, with priority consideration given to applications submitted by November, 21st 2024.
