Be able to be approved as a nurse aide instructor by the Colorado State Board of Nursing. Must have or be able to obtain a current Colorado Career and Technical Education Credential (at least 4,000 hours of verifiable paid occupational experience in the last five years). Certified Phlebotomy Technician with recent work experience and/or teaching experience in post-secondary professional nursing preferred. Preferred: Licensed in Colorado as a physical therapist with a minimum of a master’s degree, teaching experience and previous experience as a Clinical Instructor overseeing physical therapist assistant students. Duties will include classroom instruction, student assessment and overseeing guest presentations.
