POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Nursing Faculty will serve as a mentor and leader to the Nursing Faculty Team across course sections. The Lead Nursing Faculty member will be an essential part of the development of a new associate’s degree nursing program and the student’s educational experience for the future nursing program. The Lead Nursing Faculty will be responsible for curriculum development, evidence-based instruction, student outcomes assessment, and ongoing program evaluation. The Nursing Faculty will be assigned a course load in nursing which may include theory, laboratory and clinical courses. This is a 12-month contract following the College academic calendar within the Nursing and Health Sciences Department.

In addition to traditional degree and certificate programs, CCA offers non-credit professional development courses, customized training, and economic and workforce development resources to employer partners and individual professionals seeking to enhance the capacity and productivity of their workforce or individual knowledge and skills.
