GENERAL SUMMARY
 
TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded grant program that serves students overcoming obstacles to education, including limited income, first generation to college, and disability. The primary objective of this position is to increase the persistence, graduation and transfer of SSS participants. The Student Success Specialist provides intentional and intrusive advising to a cohort of SSS participants while coordinating academic tutoring, support, and enrichment activities.
