Board Policies to Consider
The State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education has issued two policies you should be aware of.
What Happens to the Information I Submit?
Anonymity
You may remain anonymous by not reporting your personal information.
The hotline helps promote confidentiality and provides safeguards against retaliation.
When reporting anonymously, be sure to provide as much information as possible and follow-up on your report regularly so that CCCS can fully review and investigate your concerns.
File a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report.
- Call 888-299-5440 toll-free within the U.S., Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada, or
- Submit a report online by selecting the appropriate campus from the list below.
Follow-Up on a Report
Use your report key and password to check the status of your previously submitted report.
