POLICY STATEMENT
The State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education (SBCCOE or Board) and the Colorado Community College System (CCCS) recognize that many of its positions are occupied by individuals who have dedicated the greater portion of their professional careers to CCCS and are earning at the highest levels of their respective salary ranges. In order for the System Office and Colleges to align salary costs with revenues and provide an incentive to employees who have dedicated themselves to CCCS, the SBCCOE authorizes the Voluntary Retirement Incentive Plan.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all administrators, professional and technical staff, and faculty in the Colorado Community College System, including its Colleges (CCCS or System).
PROCEDURES
The Chancellor shall promulgate such procedures as may be needed to implement this policy.
