POLICY STATEMENT

It is the intent of the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education that Colorado Community College System (CCCS or System) students be provided electronic mail (email), text messaging, and other communication options through learning management systems, and that these communication options will be managed and utilized in accordance with applicable procedures.

SCOPE

This policy applies to the Colorado Community College System, including its Colleges.

PROCEDURES

The Chancellor shall promulgate procedures necessary to implement this policy.
