The CAP shall include the minimum requirements specified by the System Chancellor and the Colorado Commission on Higher Education, including consistency with facility and technology planning goals. This policy applies to each College in the System.

All existing Comprehensive Academic Plans remain in effect until changes are approved per this policy.

The System Chancellor shall promulgate procedures as needed to implement this policy.
