This procedure applies to the system office and the state system community colleges.
The reserves in student funds and auxiliary funds shall not be used for contributions or donations to not-for-profit organizations.
Current year funds in student funds and auxiliary funds shall not be used for contributions or donations to not-for-profit organizations unless the funds are raised for a specific contribution to a not-for-profit organization and the use of revenue generated for the contribution is clearly identified as such prior to the fund raising activity.
Colleges will follow all CCHE procedures relating to the use of student fees.
