CCCS Internal SKILL ADVANCE COLORADO GRANT PROGRAM
Transforming Colorado’s workforce through customized training, the Skill Advance Colorado program offers State funding for grants to strengthen business competitiveness, foster talent, and improve employment opportunities.
Training Grants Support
- Net new hire and incumbent worker reskilling and upskilling
- Short term worksite training aligned with organization needs
- Wide ranging essential and technical skills development
- Employee retention efforts
Grant Options
- Colorado First Job Training Program funds customized training for net new hires of new and expanding Colorado businesses
- Existing Industry Job Training Program funds customized incumbent worker training of established Colorado businesses
Businesses interested in applying for funding work directly with a local college representative, who assists with eligibility determination, training needs assessment, and grant application development.
Grantees receive ongoing assistance with training implementation and grant management.
